Gourmet mushrooms to include oyster mushrooms (blue, Tarragon, black pearl), Chestnuts, Lion's Mane, Combs Tooth and Maitake. We make killer Creamy Mushroom Soup mix as well as umami powder. We also make tinctures with our medicinal mushrooms.
